Photo Projection
A picture paints a thousand words
. Using our projection services we can show photographs of your special day, or even use photos that are special to yourself.
This service is ideal for showing your evening guests photographs of your actual wedding as they arrive at your evening reception so they can share your special day. It is a brilliant way to start your evening and will keep your guests entertained whilst you are greeting others. We will also provide background music to accompany this which of course can be chosen by yourself. Normally the slideshow will be left running until the dancing begins, although we can be flexible if space allows.
We set up a large screen and LCD Projector so everyone in the room can get a good view. Anyone who has used a digital camera that day can give us their memory card to allow us to transfer pictures onto a laptop computer, which will then project the images for all to see. We will not delete any photographs from the memory card – in fact it only takes a couple of minutes so the owner can stay with us whilst we do this. Unfortunately you must insure that no copyright laws are breached (i.e. the official photographer will likely refuse use of his/her photographs), and we are unable to edit photos due to time restrictions.
Everything is fully managed by ourselves, leaving you free to enjoy your evening.
The following day we will transfer all of the photographs used onto a DVD and post out to yourselves to keep forever – saves asking people for copies of photographs afterwards.
